Quick answers before you book.

  • Is the $100 fee refundable?No. The fee is non-refundable whether or not you approve follow-on work. It is credited toward any work you approve.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule?You can reschedule on the phone up to 24 hours before your slot — after that the fee stays with the slot.
  • What if my city is outside Cypress?Book anyway. Saturday windows cover all of Greater Houston, drive time permitting — we will confirm before charging if a window will not work.
  • Why weekends only?Houston summers land in the middle of the week for residential lawns. Weekend slots let us tune each zone in front of you.
